When you do business for many years in any industry, your business acquaintances become friendships. And in the case of Tri-Jack and SGH, Inc., that friendship developed into a co-working relationship in 2015.
Tri-Jack, named after it’s three founding owners—you guessed it, all named Jack—were close friends for many years with Mr. Gentelman, the G of SGH. And as you can guess it, at the end of the story, it made sense for these two companies to become one, and did just that in 2015.
The acquaintance grew a friendship which ultimately lead to the acquisition of Tri-Jack by SGH.
Its about the craft. The passion for quality. Love for innovative design. Empowering employees. And working with integrity and being accountable for each action. Living that day in and day out for over 65 years, made both SGH and Tri-Jack leading industry experts through the midwest, and into the upper rockies, respectively. When you do that, so closely, it only is a natural to combine forces. Now SGH is able to bring Tri-Jack’s clients, additional services like: design & detailing assistance, more through budgets & estimates, detailed shop drawings, project management teams, installation, and service & maintenance throughout the US. r
So now you know. Its all about passion.
